Role Requirements
Essential
• Degree, HND or equivalent qualification and/or significant relevant experience
• Experience with Epicor ERP / Kinetic or similar system
• Experience with report writing (e.g. Crystal, SSRS, PowerBI)
• Proficiency in understanding SQL to create datasets from databases for analysis, troubleshooting and reporting
• Ability to translate business requirements into workable long-term technical solutions
• Ability to organise and prioritise work of varying priorities
• Ability to analyse and understand complex documentation, procedures, and policy
• Technical capability to interpret data, produce datasets and write reports for internal management analysis as well as common business reports
• Understanding of IT security principals
• Logical understanding of how business systems normally work to achieve a desired operational action
Desirable
• Professional certifications related to IT, IS or project management
• Experience with Document Management Systems
• Knowledge of REST APIs
• Ability to understand and/or develop customisations in C#
• French language
Role Responsibilities
• Join discussion to provide expertise across a wide range of business functions – manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, CRM, and finance
• Create, maintain, or migrate reporting in a variety of reporting and business intelligence tools
• Setup, configure, and administer systems to best practices
• Identify and rectify data issues, including mass-data changes using database tools
• Escalate through the appropriate support channels to solve issues related to our systems
• Assist in the process of updating, upgrading, and testing of our systems
• Actively investigate and explore operational improvements and implement change
• Document business workflows both technically and for end user instruction
• On hand training of end users where required to optimise and successfully deliver change
• As a member of the IT team, this role may also assist the IT manager in other IT related tasks and functions
